Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used products may not be eligible for return due to the nature of the product.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through your original payment method or as store credit.
